2023-2024 Theatre Season

September 22nd, 23rd, 24th & 25th

When a traveling con man arrives in River City, he convinces the town to start a band. He plans to skip town with the money from the instruments and uniforms when he falls for the librarian, Marian Paroo. Making this show even better, we’re hoping for a surprise appearance from marching bands in Northeast Arkansas to kick off our season.

FREAKY FRIDAY, a new musical comedy based on the celebrated novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films, is an hilarious, contemporary update of the classic story, in which a mother and daughter see what it means to be a family while experiencing each other's lives firsthand, if only for a day. And with an anticipated movie sequel out soon, join us at the Forum to enjoy this classic in the season of all things odd and Halloweenish.

CHARLOTTE'S WEB is based on E.B. White's loving story of the friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a little gray spider named Charlotte. Wilbur has a problem: how to avoid winding up as pork chops! Charlotte, a fine writer and true friend, hits on a plan to fool Farmer Zuckerman.

It's time to Razzle Dazzle 'em with CHICAGO! The 1920’s in Shady Chicago is more fun retold through not-to-be-missed song and dance numbers. And we’re getting up close and personal in Stage, Too with all that jazz next February!

March 9th, 10th, 11th, & April 12th, 13th, & 14th, 2024

It's the story of Anya, an orphan in 1920s St. Petersburg yearning to discover her lost family. She encounters two men who convince her she just might be Anastasia, the Romanov duchess rumored to have survived the Russian Revolution. Young audiences will sure to be enthralled with the story of a brave young women who sets out discover the mystery of her past and the promise of her future.

The beloved story of Snow White is coming to the Forum stage as a ballet this Spring. Every family will want to experience the beauty of the dance and the moving story complete with the evil Queen, seven dwarfs, and Prince Charming.

June 7th, 8th, & 9th, 2024

Follow two best friends, the cheerful Frog and the grumpy Toad, as they hop, sing, and dance their way through a year of adventure. As the seasons change from spring to fall, these beloved characters learn lessons about life and the importance of friendship. We present this story as part of our Young Artist Theatre series, which includes a summer day camp for the weeks leading up to the show.
Unlike most of our stage productions, shows from our Young Artist Theatre series are cast from those who enroll in our summer day camps. Check back in the spring to enroll in the camp and join the cast.


June 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th, 2024

BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL tells the inspiring true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. Along the way, she made more than beautiful music: she wrote the soundtrack to a generation.

Come July, we will be on a grand search - looking up and down, in the coral and across the depths of the sea. Make no mistake, we will be FINDING NEMO on the Forum Stage with our Young Artists Theatre students.
