The FOA is committed to serving the citizens of Northeast Arkansas by providing meaningful, artistic experiences for all. Our outreach programs enable us to keep the arts accessible to everyone regardless of their financial position or previous experience. In this way, we hope to enrich the broader community and increase participation in the arts for everyone.
